This issue has been resolved and all order forms are working properly.
This issue affected customer's ability to submit orders for approximately 2 hours.

Root Cause
WMC enabled Iterable events for several affiliates this week. As a result, there was a build up of rejected events from Iterable due to missing customer data that caused a block of new events to our servers and did not allow customers to proceed with submitting new order events.

Next Steps
A postmortem will occur on this issue. We are continuing to manually clear log buildup until a permanent fix can be deployed.

The Issue
WMC order forms are loading but they are spinning when a customer submits an order and not allowing the customer to proceed through the journey.
