Advisory - A change to Blueshift transaction segments

Blueshift made a change on September 24th to how transaction segments work.

Unfortunately, though, they did not inform us of this change and we only found out about it today.

Transaction segments now send to the "matching" count and NOT to the "users" count.

This may cause your users to receive a duplicate mailing for each transaction they have on their Blueshift profile.

We recommend checking the transaction segments you use in your campaigns to make sure there is not a large difference between the "users" and "matching" counts.

An alternative is to make a users segment without a starred transaction rather than a transaction segment with a starred transaction. This will guarantee that the campaign is only sent to each user one time.
