The Issue
VMWare Horizon users may be experiencing time-outs or authentication failures.

The Impact
Those who use VMWare Horizon to remotely access their workstations or streaming applications may affected.

Workaround
In office access to workstations are not affected. An alternative method of remotely accessing workstations is available via VPN. Please submit a Jira Service Desk request for I.T. to assist with setting up VPN access to your workstation.
