Resolved

We have completed our investigation into the issue affecting access to some IRIS-hosted pages between 5:15pm and 5:17pm EDT.

During a 90-second period, temporary database performance degradation caused intermittent issues accessing some IRIS-hosted pages, including slow page loads, timeouts, and errors.

Service recovered shortly afterwards and remained stable. This incident is now resolved.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue affecting access to some IRIS-hosted pages.

Between 5:15pm and 5:17pm EDT, for approximately 90 seconds, customers may have experienced slow-loading pages, timeouts, or errors when accessing IRIS links.

The issue is no longer ongoing. We are continuing to investigate the cause and will confirm the full customer impact, soon.
